Join Nahid de Belgeonne for a magical week in Puglia, Italy at the Masseria della zingara, the House of the Gypsy. This stunning 18th Century masseria, recently refurbished to exacting standards, sits in 20 tranquil acres of olive, cherry and almond groves offering peace and seclusion.

You will enjoy mindful teaching of the highest standard, delicious Italian vegetarian food and great company as well as stunning landscapes for walking. On this yoga holiday you can expect to unravel from the stresses of your life, rebalance your nervous system, have great conversations and laugh a lot!

The teaching will be led by Good Vibes Founder, Nahid de Belgeonne who will guide you through intelligently sequenced dynamic practice in the morning, that builds in challenge over the week. The evening sessions will evolve from somatic movement into deeply soothing restorative practices, all in a fully equipped yoga space.

Nahid’s teaching emphasises opening, mobilising, and creating freedom in the body, moving through multi-plane movement patterns which in turn allow you understand how to adapt yoga poses in your body, to stay youthful and reduce the risk of injury and wear and tear.

This holiday is suitable for those who already practice yoga and are looking to refine their understanding as well as complete beginners.

This immersive yoga week is designed to deeply nourish and recalibrate the nervous system, so that when you go back to your daily life, you will have the tools to stay emotionally resilient and feel more at ease in your body.

The Masseria della Zingara is a stunning and impressive example of a traditional Pugliese farmhouse, constructed in local limestone by wealthy landowners at the beginning of the 18th century.

Lovingly and respectfully restored by its British owners, wonderful original features abound, such as the fabulous vaulted communal rooms on the ground floor, whilst all rooms have been decorated, furnished and equipped to offer our guests every modern comfort in simple and elegant style.

The 4 bedroom apartment has its own sitting room and well-appointed kitchen; 2 double and 2 twin bedded rooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms whilst the other two share a fabulous bathroom with shower and bath.
