Workshops are the perfect way to go a little bit deeper. A delicious 2 hours to hone your technique or gain a better understanding, designed to improve your practice by leaps and bounds.

We also offer Bootcamps to kick start your fitness regime or even to challenge yourself a little more.
The Good Vibes workshops, holidays and bootcamps are designed to allow you to go a little deeper. Whether you want to take your fitness to the next level, learn techniques to release your tension, improve your posture or go deeper into your yoga practice. 

Summer Mat Pilates Bootcamp - £30

Saturday 29th June, 1.00pm – 3.00pm 

Join master instructor Antonia Ptohides in a 2 hour mat Pilates bootcamp. You will be taken through your paces in  paced class which will  lengthen, strengthen, tones core muscle groups and raises your metabolism. This workshop is for those looking to for a challenge. 

Not for beginners! You must attend mat or reformers classes regularly and be injury free.

Deep Rest Bliss Restorative Yoga Workshop - £30

Sunday 29th September 20193.00pm - 5.00pm

Join Good Vibes founder, Nahid de Belgeonne for her unique approach to restoring deeply. We will start with somatic mobilisation, which give a profound sense of ease and then take you into the fully supported restorative poses to unwind stress in the body and mind. We will end with yoga nidra to slow down your brain waves guiding you from the four main stages of brain wave activity, alpha, beta, theta and delta to achieve a hypnogogic state, a place between wakefulness and sleep.

Come if you are wired and tired, anxious, feeling down, have sleep issues, food issues or just want to know how it feels to be deeply rested.

Nahid works with a range of clients including those with dependency issues and chronic pain as well as those looking to learn how to let go and allow life to be a little sweeter.
