Who are you? I am Tihan and with a background as a NSW sports Aerobics representative, I am a veteran in the health and wellness industry.
Where did you train? I found Pilates by way of needing an exercise system that both strengthened and stretched my muscles, as I found alternate forms of sports aerobics to be too demanding on the female physique. I quickly found my love for Pilates and constantly craved the movement - I have been teaching for over 6 years and was trained by Elixir school of pilates in Sydney, Australia.
How do you teach? I contribute passion and enthusiasm to all of my sessions and am known for teaching high-energy classes, with a constant aim to challenge my clients so they can reach their personal best.
What do you do to keep fit? I keep fit by participating in Pilates, yoga and a bit of high intensity workout classes.
What rule do you live by? I believe healthy is an outfit that looks different on everyone, which is why it is so important to shift your focus from weight to health and focus on a full “mind- body” connection. “We do not believe what we see, rather we see what we believe”.
