Who are you? I am the Founder and Director of Good Vibes Studio, I teach Yoga and Somatics and am the course leader for the Good Vibes Yoga Teacher Training School. I’ve been teaching bodies for 13 years.
Where did you train? I’ve trained in personal training, Yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, Pilates both mat and reformers, Anatomy and Movement, Somatics and am now on a 4 year Feldenkrais teacher training course.
How do you teach? I teach embodied movement, I encourage you to feel and notice and become more aware. Movement really does solve most things and I am passionate about getting people moving no matter where they start from.
How will I feel after your class? After my classes you will feel more ease in your body and more grounded in your feet.
What do you do to keep fit? I run, I box, I go to reformer Pilates classes and practise yoga, restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, meditation and Feldenkrais.

Give us your 1 top tip to stay fit and healthy. I move as much as possible, I am a fan of fasting, I fast for 16 hours a day and eat in a window of 8 hours. I haven’t eaten meat in 35 years and love greens and veg ( sorry, that’s more than 1 tip!) .
Nahid teaches at the studio Tuesdays at 07:30am and Wednesdays at 6pm as well as running regular workshops and our 200hr Teacher Training course!
