Who are you? I’m Ian Campbell and I have been a personal trainer since 2010, specialising in functional or sports specific training using free weights, TRX and body weight exercises.
Learning new ways to train and develop always inspires me to train, practice and improve.
My passion is martial arts, which I have been doing since the age of 7.
Where did you train? University of Bath
How do you teach? I like to base all of my classes and sessions on full body functional movements that are designed to promote the correct muscle activation, easy to understand and very difficult to cheat.
How will I feel after your class? Full body burn, like you've really worked out.
What do you do to keep fit? I practice what I preach, so if you're doing a workout, you can count on the fact that it has been personally tried and tested.
What rule do you live by? Live outside your comfort zone. If you're cruising, you're losing!!
