What is the best time of the day to practise/exercise?
Any time that fits to each individual’s busy schedule. An early workout wakes you up physically and mentally, giving you the energy to start off a productive day. Never the less catch your breath, recharge your batteries and pop into a lunch time class. Or end your long day with a good workout and go home feeling happier before a good night sleep!!!
What do you recommend to eat before your class? After the class?
A banana before class. Not too filling but gives your body the amount of energy it needs. Can’t work those abs on an empty stomach. Also banana’s rich in potassium and helps prevent cramps throughout your workout.
Something light after class would be ideal- salad, greek yogurt and fruit.
What do you love about Good Vibes?
All the smiley and happy people!!! I work every individual to their own personal best and all Good Vibes clients are always up for a challenge.
What do you teach in class?
My Pilates classes offer core stability and body awareness. Coordination, balance and control are the key words for a better posture and a longer and leaner body.
