The £10 offer is open to all UK residents who haven’t been to Good Vibes before.

Once you have bought the £10 offer, you will be sent an email asking you to upload or send proof of UK address and a photo ID, this will be attached to your profile and then you can get booking.

Try one of these classes:

Yoga: We offer beginners, dynamic flow and restorative yoga. Our mindful teachers have been teaching for a while and welcome in all abilities and shapes and sizes. We firmly believe that Yoga is for everyone! If you are completely new to yoga, please start with the beginners Foundation class. If you know the poses, please come Restorative yoga is a gentle form of yoga where you are supported by props and is suitable for beginners. For more info and what to wear, click here.

The yoga is held in a FAR infrared heated room, warmed to feel like a sunny day in Winter and switched off in the Summer months.

Benefits of Yoga: increased mobility, flexibility, build strength and stamina, reduce stress and have a more balanced sense of well being. FAR infrared is not suitable for pregnancy.

Mat Pilates: This core-centred practice is all about strengthening and stabilising the body - working to mobilise all essential muscle groups for complete body-conditioning results. Pilates is for everyone! If you are new to Pilates please let the teacher know. Benefits of Pilates: improve your Sports and fitness performance, improve your posture, co-ordination, functional activities and create a long and lean silhouette.

Reformers Pilates – Pilates on a moving machine with springs which assist and resist your movements which means that you lengthen and strengthen your muscles at the same time. with just 8 people in class, you will get lots of attention. If you are NEW to reformers, you must start with a Beginners reformer class. for more info on the classes and what to wear, click here. 

Benefits of Reformers Pilates: improve your Sports and fitness performance, improve your posture, co-ordination, functional activities and create a long and lean silhouette.

Sculpt and Burn: this floor based class in the FAR infra red heat burns calories and sculpts the body, expect ballet, dance and conditioning exercises, you will feel this class the next day! For more info on what to wear, please click here 

Benefits: Looking for more definition? Step this way for toned arms, legs, and bottom.

Barre: Low impact, high intensity workouts that will strengthen your core, improve your alignment and posture and shape up your derrière.  Expect to see results fast in this dancers’ workout. Benefits: Looking for a dancer’s body? Step this way for toned arms, legs, and derriere.

Strength, Cardio, Tone is a 45 minute class working through timed sections to improve your fitness and strengthen your muscles combining cardio and resistance work. Only 10 people in class, so you will get lots of attention.

Benefits: By combining cardio and resistance training in one powerful workout, you increase your ability to build and strengthen muscle, increase your stamina and reduce your body fat while at the same time conditioning your cardiovascular system. BOOM! For more info and what to wear, click here.
