Yoga really is for everyone, no matter what your age, body shape or flexibility. A regular practice will improve your flexibility, build muscle strength, improves the mobility in your spine which in turn gives you better posture, keeps your joints juicy, increases blood flow which means that more oxygen gets into your blood, it boosts your immunity and keeps you on an even keel.

Maybe you’re new to yoga or you’ve tried it before and didn’t think it was for you? At Good Vibes we pride ourselves on making everyone welcome by using inclusive language and our friendly teachers passionately care that you get it. The Foundation classes give lots of instruction and are taught at a pace where you get to experience the poses and adjust them so that they feel good in your body. You’ll get to grips with many of the “bread and butter” yoga poses so you’ll feel confident to move into a dynamic open class when you are ready. This class is beginner friendly and also suitable for improvers.

If you want to cover the basics quickly or are looking to improve your practice, the Glow Yoga Beginners 2 hour workshops are for you. We will breakdown key yoga poses, show you how to adapt poses for your body and put it all together in a flow at the end of class. After a workshop, you will be able to join classes with confidence.

What to wear: vests and leggings or shorts so that you can move around.

Our mat classes are practised in a FAR infra red heated room, warmed to the temperature of a warm sunny day and turned off in the Summer months.
