Reformers Cardio

this class uses the machine to raise the heart rate by jumping, pulling, pushing and balancing to test your core. We use the jumpboard for plyometric exercises but also add expect fast-paced exercises to get to raise your heart rate. We also throw in slow-burning Pilates exercises to assist your posture and alignment. This metabolism raiser of a class will make you sweat.

Come if you have tried Reformers with us before or book into the Beginners classes if you are new, the dynamic and cardio reformers classes are not for beginners!

Small classes of 8 with experienced teachers.

What to wear: vests, leggings and socks with a grip, we sell these at the studio.
