Barre 45 is a combination of dynamic ballet barre, light weight props and high reps to target all the major muscle groups but particularly the smaller muscles that pull the bigger muscles into shape, giving you a tight and sculpted body. A dynamic and fun 45 min class that is low impact but gets brilliant results. After just 4 sessions, expect to see lean muscles, a dancer’s posture and a sharp silhouette.

Socks are a must for this class.
