Grace is a Glow Yoga and Pilates teacher, you can book into her classes here.
What is the best time of the day to practise/exercise?
I love to practise first thing in the morning or after a long day’s work, no better way to start or finish the day than committing some time to yourself.
What do you recommend to eat before your class? after the class?
I like to keep it light before a class, some dried fruit or a banana. After class I like to make sure I rehydrate well; something with plenty of electrolytes and minerals like an Asian inspired broccoli salad with chili and ginger!
What do you love about Good Vibes?
The range of classes! Something for every kind of mood, whether it be an energetic spin or ballet tone class or a grounding, calming yoga class.
What do you teach in class?
My classes focus on alignment, posture and coordination through high intensity, isometric exercises with a strong cardio vascular element.
How will I feel after your class?
Like you’ve worked parts of your body you didn’t know you could before! Expect to be sweaty and energized and feeling the burn.
Tell us something surprising about yourself...
I’m an identical twin! We are ‘Mirror Twins’, meaning she’s left handed and I’m right. I was also co-captain of the 2012 National Champion Co-ed Level 2 University Cheerleading team, Oxford Brookes Bluebirds.
Grace Farmer has been dancing for 20 years and has a passion for challenging the body, whilst taking good care of it. Her ballet background lead to a natural progression to practicing yoga and ultimately to teaching; creating enthusiastic, intense classes where students can push themselves whilst having fun and exploring what their bodies can achieve.
