What is the best time of the day to practise/exercise?
Anytime you can fit it in.
What do you recommend to eat before your class? After the class?
I don't recommend eating before class, I would generally leave 2-3 hours before exercising, but if you just ate and you have the chance to exercise, wait 30mins and go for it. After class I would have a protein shake. Also have some water 30mins before exercise.
What do you love about Good Vibes?
There is something about the energy in the air, it's so positive and friendly.

Exhausted, joke! Well kind of not joking, exhausted in a good way and pleased with your effort.

Carli Wheatley is an experienced cycling instructor, level 3 personal trainer and level 4 sports massage and injury specialist, with a real passion for fitness, having previously received awards in tennis, boxing and horse riding. Since qualifying 10 Years ago Carli has trained a diverse range of clients, helping them to achieve their full potential through educating, empowering and supporting them on their personal fitness and health journey. Carli strives to make sure her sessions are interesting and challenging. Her main goal is that each client leaves feeling motivated, energised and with a sense of accomplishment.
