But sometimes you need a bespoke approach, the Power Plate trainers offer 25 minute personal training both on and off the plate. Your trainer will help you to set your personal goals and a plan to reach those goals.
You'll get solid, consistent, support and motivation as well as being taught technique and form that is completely bespoke to you.

After studying English at university she came to London to train as an actor and study her masters. Here - she fell in love with the life changing power of restorative yoga. She is fascinated by the effects of a physical practice on the body and mind.
Sarah is looking forward to continuing to explore the world of Good Vibes and all it has to offer. She wants to ensure that your Good Vibes journey is as positive as it can possibly be!
We've devised a range of Autumn workshops to learn new skills or to lighten your load in the coming winter months.
Roots2yoga Feldenkrais and Yoga - this workshop will combine a series of Feldenkrais sequences with familiar yoga postures, bringing awareness to the connections between the neck, shoulders, back and hips, increasing flexibility and strength and helping you improve your postures with surprising ease.
