Backbends and Twists
Glow yoga Foundation workshops are for both beginners and those wanting to improve their technique. Led by Good Vibes Founder, Nahid de Belgeonne, this workshop looks at twists and backbends and how to find space and ease in a full range of poses made accessible by better anatomy knowledge.

Nahid discovered yoga after she left a stressful job and it had a profound effect on her. She has a 15 year personal practice and is a registered restorative yoga teacher and trained in complete yoga nidra.
She offers mindful classes and embraces an open approach to her continuing learning and teaching and is the yoga expert for Women’s Health Magazine UK and Aveda UK.
