Although our studios will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday, Covent Garden will be open on Saturday and Sunday. Check out and book our weekend classes below.
Saturday 26th August - Covent Garden
Ian will be bringing the heat in the small group training room, starting with 30min HIIT at 10.00am to lift your booty and tone your abs. Or how about TRX Suspension at 11.10am? Don't be fooled though, these classes may be short but they're high on impact and results! Classes run every half hour from 10.00am - 12.50pm. Book in.
Sunday 27th August - Covent Garden
Hailey will ease you into your Sunday with a delicious 90min Yang and Yin class, a blend of a strong and sweaty dynamic flow, followed by a restorative Yin practice designed to release and recharge. 11am - 12.30pm. Book in.
Then join Catarina for the perfect end to a sweaty Vinyasa, our Restorative Yoga Bliss, the ultimate antidote to everyday stresses, calming the mind, easing tight muscles and connecting body with breath. 3.15pm - 4.15pm. Book in.
Hop into our 30min Small Group Training sessions with Sarah through the early afternoon. Why not start with Boxfit at 10.45am to tone your body and improve your cardio fitness? Or improve your strength with Kettlebells at 13.05pm. Classes run every half hour from 10.45am to 13.35pm. Book in.
Both studios will be back to our regular schedule and open at 7.00am from Tuesday 29th August.
