Georgia has taken over our popular Saturday lunchtime Vinyasa Flowclass. Georgia worked in the fashion industry before deciding to follow a more spiritual path, travelling to India and attaining her 200hr certification. The class incorporates her background in Ashtanga into a flowing sequence aimed at developing core strength and flexibility.

Catarina will be teaching Sunday Bliss Restorative Yoga from this week. Catarina came into yoga as a way of balancing a busy career as an architect, but over the years yoga became her natural space. Her practice took her on many journeys in the UK and abroad, including to India where she completed the Sivananda Teacher Training Course, before returning for Restorative training with Anna Ashby. Come along, unwind and nourish your body back into balance.

Popular Glow Yoga teacher Zofia has taken over Monday night Yang & Yin. Zofia's classes are structured so that each budding or life-long yogi will develop and expand upon their own technique, finding balance and calm in the present moment, in a graceful and grounded way. Yang and Yin is the perfect way to rebalance and restore you, understanding the need to move and sweat but also to rest and release deeply.

Calm before Christmas: Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra - £25
Join me as we get calm before Christmas! This 2 hour Restorative Yoga workshop is the perfect opportunity to take a moment for yourself before the festivities begin.
