Get yourself a Brazilian Booty!

We're all getting quite excited about the Olympics here at the studio, but besides the 100m and the beach volley ball, it's also brought to mind the world famous Brazilian behind. While we don't all have the genes of Gisele Bundchen, there's a lot we can do to perk up our posteriors. Here are 4 classes to get you on your way.

Schedule in three Power Plate sessions a week and you'll start seeing results fast. Used by Olympic athletes in the lead up to Rio, these fat burning wonder machines will tone that behind in no time, breaking down cellulite, and strengthening your whole body. All our regular classes are open level, but if you want to try something different,why not give one of our specialist classes a go?

Ass and Abs: As the name suggests, we work on the butt, thighs and abs so get ready for serious focus on these areas. For those who have completed at least 5 Power Plate classes, not for complete beginners. Wednesday's 1.30pm Fitzrovia and Thursday's 5.30pm, Covent GardenBook in. 

HIIT: This class combines resistance and cardio exercises on the Power Plate. You will be glad when the class is over and ecstatic at the 300 calorie burn per class including the 48 hours afterburn. Not suitable for beginners, you should have completed at least 10 regular Power Plate classes. Friday mornings 8am in Covent Garden or FitzroviaBook in.

Glow Ballet Tone, our signature Ballet and Pilates conditioning class is a high energy conditioning class using weight bearing exercise, dancers conditioning technique, and strength training to produce a long, lean and toned physique. This is one of our most popular classes, once you try it, you'll know why! Tonight 5pm, Covent Garden or tomorrow 7.15pm FitzroviaBook in. 

Are you ready for the ultimate challenge to maximise the benefits in minimal time? Our Cycle HIIT Bootcamp is just the ticket. One session per week can boost your endurance and your overall health improving blood pressure and increasing mitochondria which strengthen the heart and helps fuel your body and brain. Coming Up...

In September, our workshops are back with a bang, kicking off with Glow Yoga Foundation for Beginners and Improvers, for both beginners and those wanting to improve their technique. Led by Good Vibes Founder, Nahid, this workshop explores new ways to approach the popular bread and butter yoga poses and techniques on how to transition from one pose to the another. Ling is bringing her Chakra bowls back to Good Vibes for another very special Restorative Yoga Immersion. Combining the healing art of restorative yoga with the deep resonance emitted from carefully hand crafted Himalayan singing bowls, Vibrational Sound Healing Therapy is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, boost circulation, remove energetic stagnation and shift consciousness to create a deep sense of peace, wellbeing and over all better health. Sunday 18th September, 6pm - 8pm, Covent GardenBook in. 

Improving the quality of your sleep can have untold benefits for your overall health. Ruth will lead you through this 2 hour Restorative Yoga for Better Sleep workshop, a combination of mindful movement and restorative yoga that will help release unnecessary stress and tension held in the body/mind network, soothing breathing techniques will help to create the optimum conditions to get you drifting off to the land of nod with ease and we’ll discuss ways to ensure that you sleep well and begin your day feeling refreshed, energised and ready for anything. Friday 14th October, 7.30pm - 9.30pm, Covent GardenBook in.
