If you want to be fighting fit for Christmas, book into the Glow Yang and Yin Yoga Workshop to boost your immune system. We’ll start with restorative yoga before we flow into a sequence to get your blood flowing. We'll end with a 30 mins yoga nidra, a guided meditation, on wellness and vitality.
Last workshop in November is a Qi gong taster with Master teacher Barry McGinlay, a 2 hour workshop on Sunday 30th November 2014 at 4.30pm for just £12.
