Whether you're new to Pilates or are just looking to take your practice a little deeper, this workshop will work your muscles from head to toe.
Many people have muscle imbalances because they favour a sport which works their muscles in the same repetitive pattern so strong muscles get over trained and weak muscles get more strained. In this workshop you will learn the foundations of Pilates, how to find natural spine, good head, neck and shoulder organisation and how to make your classes effortless.
You will learn how to create better body alignment and be provided with foundational strength to work more effectively in other classes, to improve posture and create a long lean silhouette.
