Be sure not to miss your favourite classes this Bank Holiday weekend. Both of our studios will be closed on Monday but Covent Garden is open as usual all weekend and Fitzrovia is open on Saturday. From Cycle to Vinyasa, Bliss, Power Plates and Yoga Nidra, we have just the class to fit into your weekend plans and make your body sing, just pick and book below.

Saturday, Covent Garden

Start your weekend strong with a challenging but invigorating Vinyasa Flow, led by Ricky. 10.30 - 11.30amBook in.

Kazim will be manning the Power Plates and they run every half hour, perfect if you're looking for a speedy workout. Don't be fooled though, at the equivalent of an hour sweating it out at the gym, these classes may be short but they're high on impact and results! 10am - 1.30pmBook in.

Saturday, Fitzrovia

Sunday, Covent Garden

Good Vibes Founder and Director Nahid will ease you into your Sunday with a delicious 90min Yang and Yin class, a blend of a strong and sweaty dynamic flow, followed by a restorative Yin practice designed to release and recharge. 11am - 12.30pmBook in.

Tuesday Fitness

Both studios will be back to normal opening hours from Tuesday 31st May, so after a relaxing and hopefully gloriously sunny bank holiday, what better time to get back to it and start your week with a bang. Our selection of Tuesday classeswill leave you feeling invigorated and ready to face the rest of the week.

Want a taste of what our Tuesdays have to offer? 

Start your day with a 25 minute Power Plate class that's easy to fit in before work.George will take you through a class that will break down fat cells, improve strength and increase flexibility. From 7.30am, Covent GardenBook in.

If you have a little more time, join Zofia for a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class to wring out all your worries and get you ready for the week ahead, plus you'll get to work with that gorgeous post workout glow! 7.30am - 8.30pm. FitzroviaBook in.

Get to sneak out of work early? We have an early evening Glow Ballet Tone with Lisa for just such an occasion. This high energy class will boost your metabolic rate and produce a long lean and toned physique. 5pm - 6pm, Covent GardenBook in. 

There's double trouble with Sam at the Fitzrovia studio as you have not one, but two chances to hop on the bike with him in Cycle. Low impact, high intensity cardio that really works, you don't want to miss this! 5.45pm and 6.30pmBook in. 

Rikke will release you from your day with a mindful Vinyasa Flow class set at a steady but challenging pace that will offer modifications for all levels. Work it all out before heading home, 7.15pm - 8.30pm, Covent GardenBook in.

Double it up with our 2 class pass

We appreciate that as a client you may sometimes want to mix and match your classes, which is why we have introduced a few smaller packages that give you, the individual, a bit more freedom and a little less commitment.

Our new daily 2 class pass is a snip at £29 - you can go to any 2 classes, across both studios from when the studio opens to when it closes. All you have to do is use them both on the same day.

You can also mix up your classes in any way you like - how about starting off your week with a fat burning Power Plate class followed by our addictive Cycle HIIT Bootcamp, a sure way to invigorate you for the week ahead? Or if you're looking to stretch out and then unwind, you could begin your morning with a full body Pilates workout and end with an evening of Bliss restorative yoga by candlelight. The combinations are endless!

The daily pass gives you a saving of up to £15 on your classes, so you are winning!
