Bank holiday weekends are a nice little breather, a chance to unwind and de stress.

Getting your heart rate elevated during your workout session is a great way to kick start your metabolism. Even better is alternating intense bursts of exercise with short rest periods, which means that you continue to burn even more calories long after your workout.

HIIT training doesn't only help with fat loss, it has many health benefits too. Raising your heart rate during exercise strengthens your heart, burns fat while building and maintaining muscle tone. Your metabolism will be kicked up a notch, plus your mood will be boosted by the endorphins released during your workout.

Glow Ballet Tone classes are high energy conditioning sessions using weight bearing exercise, dancers conditioning technique, and strength training. Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga and promises to get you to fitness Nirvana faster! If you don't have much time, try one of our 25min Power Plate classes. A Power Plate session will break down fat cells, improve circulation, flexibility and metabolism and reduce the time you need to spend exercising - a full body workout in half the time.We have open level classes if you're new to the plate, HIIT classes if you're more experienced and looking for a challenge, or mix it up with a Power Box or Ass and Abs class to really get you sweating! Frustrated with the lack of or speed of results from your current regime?  Are you ready for the ultimate challenge to maximise the benefits in minimal time? Our Cycle Hiit Bootcamp is an enhanced form of cycle training, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic effort with less-intense recovery periods.

Our one day "Breath for Life" Workshop with experienced guest teacher Ben Wolff is coming up this weekend. Open to everyone interested in breath work, as well as teachers, trainee teachers, experienced students/anyone interested in breath work.

Ben will share with you the most important discoveries in breath research. Neuroscience shows that there is a breath rate for you that’s your own personal sweet spot; where head, heart, lungs and the major organs of the body all resonate and a coherent, syncronised rhythm waves and pulses throughout your system. This brings with it a harmony, wellness and great feelings of relaxation, zest, energy and control; quite unlike anything you’re currently experiencing. It’s simple. It’s effective. Jungle Fit is coming to Good Vibes! A high energy, high intensity class to a soundtrack of old skool jungle & drum ‘n’ bass, all choreographed by professional dancer Claudia.
