Yoga helps to lower stress hormones that compromise the immune system, it also conditions the lungs and respiratory tract, stimulates the lymphatic system to remove toxins from the body, and brings oxygenated blood to the organs to ensure they’re working to their optimum.
The workshop starts with restorative yoga, builds to a detoxing flow before we move into longer held restorative poses. We’ll end with a deep 30 minute yoga nidra, yogic sleep, setting our intention as vitality and energy.
