Now its Spring, its time to get moving. New to Yoga or looking to work on your alignment and improve your technique? Join Florentina's Foundation class where poses are taught at a pace that will let you really discover and adjust them so that they feel good for your body, leaving you feeling more confident and able to join the more dynamic classes. 6pm at the Fitzrovia studio. Book in.

For more experienced yoga practitioners, Holly's Rocket class is a dynamic and fast paced yoga flow that will raise your metabolism and help build strength and flexibility, getting you fitter faster. 6pm Covent GardenBook in.

End your evening on a high with Lindsay's energy packed Glow Ballet Tone class. An interval cardio and  dancers conditioning and strength training. In this class, the metabolic rate is elevated to produce a long, lean and toned physique. 7.15pm, Covent GardenBook in.
