Our Fitzrovia studio will be closed for the Easter weekend, from Friday 25th, to Monday 28th March.
Covent Garden will be closed on Friday 25th March, as well as Sunday the 27th and Monday 28th. Covent Garden will be open on Saturday 26th March. Classes running are below, be sure to book in advance as they will fill up quick!
Both studios will reopen as usual on Tuesday 29th March.
Here's our rundown of Saturday, Ricky's Vinyasa Flow at 10.30am. An open level class, Ricky will guide you through a challenging but nurturing sequence that will nourish your body and mind. Book in.
Glow Ballet Tone is up next with Jazzi at 11.45am, a high energy dynamic class that focuses on technique and achieving new goals, no matter your age or ability. Book in.
Sarah's joyful approach to yoga is infectious as she intertwines classical teachings and creative flow, giving you and your body space to unfold and release with the breath. Join her for a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow at 1pm. Book in.
Amanda will lengthen and strengthen your muscles in Pilates at 2.30pm, creating a long lean silhouette and giving you an all over body workout. Book in.
Ease yourself into the evening with a late afternoon Vinyasa Flow. Join Hailey at 3.45pm for a light hearted yet dynamic flow, focusing on breath and alignment to suit each individual. Book in.
Chelsea will be manning the Power Plates, leading you through a speedy 25 minute class that will get your heart pumping and burn fat while building strength.Classes start at 10am and run every half hour until 1.30pm. For an extra challenge, try the Ass and Abs class at 1pm. Book in.

In a special Restorative Yoga Immersion with Therapeutic Sound Massage workshop, Ling Mann combines the healing art of restorative yoga with the deep resonance emitted from carefully hand crafted Himalayan singing bowls. Vibrational Sound Healing Therapy is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, boost circulation, remove energetic stagnation.

Hot off the press! We'll be getting our Summer off to a cracking start with some extra special classes to boost your fitness. We kick off with Jungle Fit, a high energy, high intensity class to a soundtrack of old skool jungle & drum ‘n’ bass.
