Working out during your lunch break has been shown to boost productivity and energy levels for your afternoon.

The key to lunch time fitness success is shorter bursts of exercise with higher intensity. Our midday classes are perfect for fitting into your lunch break and still leaving you time for a bite to eat. You'll boost your metabolism by increasing calorie burn post workout. And you'll return to work with a gorgeous post-class glow!

Got 25 minutes?

For the ultimate quickie, try a 25 minute Power Plate class. AKA the fat burning machine, Power Plates will improve circulation and flexibility, break down fat cells and boost metabolism.

Our Power Plate classes run every half hour from 12pm to 2pm Monday to Friday, try these teachers to give your routine a little jolt:  Conditioning class with Curtley, Wednesday 12pm, at Fitzrovia, or for a later lunch, give Power Box a go with Chelsea on Thursday, 1.30pm at Covent GardenBook in.

Got 35 minutes?

Work smarter in our Cycle classes. A fun and effective workout that will help you get the most out of your minutes, plus at only 35 minutes, it leaves you enough time for a shower, so there's no excuse not to work up a sweat! Try Claudia's class on Tuesday or Sam's on Wednesday, both 1pm, FitzroviaBook in.

Got 45 minutes?

Step out of the office and on to the mat for a challenging but nurturing 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class, where the fluid, continual movement will nourish your body and mind, but also make you sweat. Try James' intelligent sequencing,Tuesday 12.45pm Covent Garden or Wednesday 12.45pm, FitzroviaBook in.

Finish out your week with a lengthening and strengthening Pilates class, to help balance muscle imbalances and improve posture. Amanda will work you from head to toe, Thursday 12.45pm, Covent Garden, or join Jazzi on Friday, 12.45pm, FitzroviaBook in

Try a Cycle class for FREE

Interested in trying a Cycle class but not sure where to start? Start with us! We're offering a FREE class* to all clients who have not yet tried cycle, so hop on the bike and get your heart pumping with some low impact, high intensity cardio action set to a motivating and energetic soundtrack. 

Classes are either 35 or 45 minutes and led by our specialist instructors who will help you get the most out of your minutes and provide plenty of motivation along the way.

Suitable for all abilities, everyone is in control of their own ride, and while the instructor will always be on hand to give you guidance, nobody but you will control your resistance dial or your pace. You determine how hard you work based on your own abilities, not anyone else's.

All you have to do is send us an email with your details and the class you would like to book into and we'll do the rest.
