As Mother's Day approaches, it's a good time to think about the best way to nurture the Mums in our lives. Give your Mum a little love back by bringing her along to a Good Vibes class this weekend.
Exercise is proven to improve mood and energy levels by stimulating the production of endorphins and seratonin while also reducing stress hormones that can cause feelings of anxiety and low mood.
Treating your Mum to a restorative yoga or meditation class can help her to unwind, keep her focus, or if she'd prefer something that will get her heart pumping, get her to try a speedy 25 minutes on the Power Plate or an energising Glow yoga class
We offer gift cards that you can buy online, so that your Mum gets her own pack of classes to look after herself long after the daffodils have wilted. Whether she's a complete beginner or a fitness buff, give her the gift of being well and pass on the good vibes!
