Cardiovascular activity, to use the full name, is when you exercise to strengthen your circulatory system (heart and blood vessels). Exercising to the point where you make the heart beat faster to pump more blood through your system carrying nutrients and oxygen to every single cell.

Glow Ballet Tone, our signature Ballet based conditioning class. A high energy conditioning class uses weight bearing exercise, dancers conditioning technique, and strength training. Through the interval cardio training the metabolic rate is elevated to produce a long, lean and toned physique. 

Cycle applies the philosophy of Good Vibes to the indoor cycling class! Work smarter not harder with interval training. Classes are either 35 or 45 minutes of low impact, high intensity cardio action with motivating instructors.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combined with Power Plates gives you one powerful fat burning class. This class combines resistance and cardio exercises on the Power Plate. You will be glad when the class is over and ecstatic at the 300 calorie burn per class including the 48 hours after burn.

90 minute Muscular Endurance Ride

Nadine has studied Flow In Sport and applies it to competitive cycling and daily life.  The flow state is to feel completely at one with what you are doing, to know you are strong and able to control your destiny at least for the moment and to gain a sense of pleasure in any given situation. 

Applying flow in fitness leads to greater performance. Increasing your capacity to do deal with what seemed like an uncomfortable effort will not only become manageable but also pleasurable enabling you to optimise your workout promoting greater adaptations both physically and mentally.

During this ride Nadine will coach and encourage the flow state. Knowing what cues lead to flow can help you get the most enjoyment and rewards out of sport and physical activity as well as in your everyday life activities.

Regardless of your fitness level and goals, they will be taken care of as you will finish this ride stronger, exhilarated and with a great sense of achievement.
