We have a few new classes starting up including a later Saturday Pilates class at Covent Garden with new teacher, Marta starting on Saturday 9th January at 2.30pm. Paula takes over the 1pm Saturday 75 min Yoga class.
The cycle HIIT Bootcamps are designed to boost fat burning so if you are looking to get lean in 2016, book in.
Nadine will also be teaching the Beginners and Improvers cycle class on the first Wednesday of every month, the first one of the year is the 6th January, see you in the saddle!

We are trialling our own Qi Gong classes at 5pm on Mondays, starting on 18thJanuary, with new teacher Marilyn.
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention.
The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions. Come try it!
The Bliss restorative yoga classes are a must have addition to any routine, change happens when you allow yourself a little TLC.

Muscular Endurance training is a muscle-strengthening activity that increases the ability to perform aerobic cardiovascular exercise for an extended time.

Beginners Pilates - £25
Saturday 6th February 2016 1.30pm - 3.30pm, Fitzrovia studio
Whether you're new to Pilates or are just looking to take your practice a little deeper, this workshop will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates so that your time in you weekly classes are efficiently spent.
Many people have muscle imbalances because they favour a sport which works their muscles in the same repetitive pattern so strong muscles get over trained and weak muscles get more strained. In this workshop you will learn the foundations of Pilates, how to find natural spine, good head, neck and shoulder organisation and how to move like a lean machine.
You will learn how to create better body alignment and be provided with foundational strength to work more effectively in other classes, to improve posture and create a long lean silhouette.
Jazzi Craddock trained as a dancer for most of her life and took up professional training at Laine Theatre Arts. After graduating Jazzi travelled the world dancing and also trained and performed as an aerialist. After returning back to London she wanted to rekindle her relationship with Pilates and ended up loving it more than ever. Happy Body Workshop - £65

Led by Good Vibes Director & Founder Nahid de Belgeonne and popular Glow Pilates teacher Antonia Ptohides. Spring is a great time to kick start your mind and body. This day retreat will not only refocus the mind, but will also rejuvenate and refresh the body, and introduce long-term health and wellbeing.
In studies, those who practised restorative yoga alongside their fitness regime lost 50% more weight than those who didn’t. The Happy Body Workshop offers a 360 degree approach to your fitness, creating the right conditions for a happy body and mind. The workshop kicks off with popular teacher, Antonia who will take you through a series of effective dance and Pilates conditioning exercises designed to get maximum results in minimum time. Devised to sculpt your core, lift your glutes and work those legs, making them lean without building bulk as well as rev up your metabolism!
