Good Vibes lunchtime classes are an easy way to fit your classes in during the week.

3 classes that are easy to fit into your day:

25 minute Power Plate class, these speedy classes will get boost your metabolism and get your circulation going as well as sculpt your body. 

35 minute cycle classes - interval training on the bike will keep you pushing through your fitness goals and you'll carry on burning those calories even when you are back at your desk.

45 minute yoga and Pilates, stretch and tone using your body weight as resistance and breathing to cultivate awareness. The FAR infra red heated studio makes you work a little harder too.

Join us for yoga and dinner at Honey & Co

Join me on the 10th October for an evening of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra followed by dinner at a local gem of a resturant, Honey & Co in Fitzrovia.

I love teaching the quieter yoga practices of restorative and yoga nidra, we all need to nourish ourselves a little bit more, especially as the nights start to draw in.

I also love the Good Vibes community so wanted to offer an event we where can practice together and then break bread together at one of my favourite London restaurants. A nourishing of souls and belly, if you will.

The husband-and-wife team behind this compact Warren Street cafe are Ottolenghi and NOPI veterans, Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich, and their alma maters shine through in the affordable Middle Eastern fare on offer; colorful salads, pastries and meze line the windows in the homey space. 

Honey & Co's food is a labour of nothing but love and an extension of their home. The food cooked is the food Sarit and Itamar grew up on and also the food they grew to love, their moms’ and aunties’ food, the street food they always crave, the food tried at friends’ houses, things only heard about or imagined, and most of all, the things missed from childhood.

The price includes a 2.5 hour workshop of poses held by props so that you get a chance to open and release and a 3 course meal.  This workshop is for 14 people only so you will get a lot of hands on adjusts.

Good Vibes Holiday 2016

STOP PRESS! Next year we are going to Greece, to a stunning Island off of Kefalonia, join us from the 18th to the 25th June 2016. 

I will be teaching along with Ruth McNeil, a founding Glow Yoga and Pilates teacher.

This immersive yoga week is designed to be deeply enriching so that when you do go back to your daily life, you will have the tools to stay emotionally resilient.

Yoga classes will take place twice daily, with dynamic morning classes that intelligently build in intensity moving into a strong, sweaty yet alignment-based vinyasa flow, culminating in a blissful relaxation.

In the afternoon, there will be the opportunity to explore quieter practices, from restorative yoga, to meditation and yoga nidra where we will have time to explore our rich inner landscapes and give overworked nervous systems some serious TLC.
