4 reasons why YOU need to get a Good Vibes cycle habit
1. Interval training for short durations at higher intensities as in the Cycle classes can provide large benefits in a relatively small amount of time while utilising predominantly carbohydrate calories. (glucose & glycogen).
2. Increasing the basal metabolic rate, you will continue to burn calories at an accelerated rate following your workout even while you are at rest!
3. Strengthening the cardiovascular improves aerobic and anaerobic capacity, increasing the ability of the respiratory system to maintain higher efforts for longer. This is the training to engage in to get physically and mentally stronger.
4. The endorphins you generate will include those that sharpen concentration and enhance mood and increase your energy levels.
If you have not yet tried a Cycle class with us - get in the saddle for 50% your first class, offers ends on the 10th October.
