Keep your mood buoyant

The relentless rain means that there is no doubt that the new season is upon us. But instead of mourning easy Summer living, let’s turn the focus into setting up a healthy routine that will keep your mood buoyant throughout Autumn.

Exercise gets rids of adrenaline in the body, this is the chemical triggered by the 'fight or flight' response. Regular exercise also releases endoprhins, the feel-good hormone, so you are also more likely to generate a positive outlook.

And knowing that you have booked your classes in advance means that you can knock destructive patterns on the head, day by day.

We've been having a rejig, so watch out for the new teachers taking over a few classes over the next few months.
