The holidays are over and we hope you had a fun Summer, now it's time to get back on it.

If you want to look sleek, get into a cycling and yoga habit. You'll build strength, stamina and lean muscles with this amazing combination. Check out the timetable here.

Here is a lowdown on the cycle teachers:

Nadine discovered her passion for cycling when injury curtailed her long distance running career. Her classes are structured, focused and fun and will leave you feeling energised and motivated. Catch her classes at the Fitzrovia studio, Mondays 6 or 6.45pmWednesdays 7.30am and 6.30pm for a 60min ride and Saturdays 11.15am and 12pm.

Rhia believes in functional training for everyone of all abilities and has been teaching group exercise for over 3 years. Join her for fun and focused rides on Mondays at 1pm and the first Tuesday of every month for Beginners Cycle at 5.45pm.  

Sam combines his dance background with his fitness knowledge, teaching aligned, motivating and challenging classes on Mondays at 7.30amTuesdays at 6.30pm,Wednesday lunchtime at 12pm and Fridays 7.30am.

Louise will help you get the most out of your minutes and provide plenty of motivation along the way. Join her class on Thursdays at 6.30pm

Elliot combines strength/endurance work and short sharp interval sessions with an eclectic playlist, so you can expect to work hard and enjoy yourself. Try his class on Thursday mornings at 7.30am.

Saaj consistently aims to get you in the mood to work out, then keeps you in the zone so that you can perform at your best and improve with every session. Join his ride on Tuesday mornings at 7.30am.

Claudia will take you through a fun yet effective workout, so get ready to ride to your fullest with her on Tuesday lunchtimes 1pm, and Fridays at 6pm.

Lucil will help you build strength and fly past your fitness goals in her fast and fun cycle classes. Join her on Thursdays at 1pm.

Qi Gong starts next Wednesday the 2nd September with teacher Sam Ma at 4pm - 5pm. Qi gong is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China.
