Forrest yoga with Alis, with deeper holds and strong core work, this class will give you the power for your vinyasa classes. Alis teaches on on Mondays and Saturdays. She takes over Wednesday evenings for the next 2 weeks too. Come and try!

Ciara on Wednesday morning and Sundays, a mindful flow with a few challenges thrown in. Book in.

Friday cycle with Claudia at 6pm for 35 mins, a fun ride to boost your metabolism before you hit the pub or juice bar! Book in.

Saturday 9.15am Pilates with Sjaan, she's picked up the pace and this is a strong class with creative exercises to kick off your Saturday morning. Book in.

Power Plates with Emily, getting great feedback for a lovely NEW teacher, come try her out.  Book in.

Jivamukti on Saturday with Alexsei, he is kind and compassionate but no walk over, expect a strong vinyasa class. Book in.
