Forrest yoga with Alis, with deeper holds and strong core work, this class will give you the power for your vinyasa classes. Alis teaches on on Mondays and Saturdays. She takes over Wednesday evenings for the next 2 weeks too. Come and try!
Jivamukti on Saturday with Alexsei, he is kind and compassionate but no walk over, expect a strong vinyasa class. Book in.
