Nourish, restorative yoga and dinner at Honey & Co

Wired and Tired? Join Good Vibes for NOURISH, an exclusive restorative yoga and yoga nidra workshop with Founder, followed by dinner at Honey & Co

Saturday 10th October 3.30pm – 8.30pm

Join Good Vibes Founder, Nahid de Belgeonne, for an evening of restorative yoga followed by a delicious dinner at Fitzrovia restaurant, Honey & Co.

This exclusive event is just for 16 people and starts with restorative yoga and yoga nidra workshop to release, restore and recharge. Our always ON culture can leave us feeling wired and tired and if left unchecked, the continual stress responses can have a detrimental effect on our long term physical and mental health.

The workshop features poses to open and release the muscles that tighten in the fear and flight response when we feel stressed. Each pose is supported by props and you will receive adjustments to allow your body to safely open and release. The session ends with a bespoke yoga nidra (guided meditation) to welcome in the new season, and the shift in energy that accompanies it.

Nahid says “restorative yoga and yoga nidra were the two practices that literally saved me when I was bedridden two years ago. I’ve always loved to challenge myself physically but I now also understand the importance of active rest. These two practices are key to allowing me to perform to my optimum in life and are an inherent part of my daily practice. Yoga nidra helps me to sharpen my resolve and restorative yoga allows my tight and tense muscles to soften.

These quietening practices are the real fruits of yoga and will serve you for a lifetime. As I get older I want to be kinder to myself, I love good food and think we all need a bit of time off from our strict regimes. Life is meant to be enjoyed and the food at Honey & Co is deliciously cooked with good simple ingredients and made with love. That to me is what a healthy lifestyle is all about.”

This workshop is for everyone who is tired of always on being on the go and is looking to make some lasting changes.

Held at the Fitzrovia Studio on Saturday 10th October 3.30pm – 5.30pm, with time to get ready and walk to dinner which starts at 6.30pm and ends at8.30pm.

Price £95 per person for restorative yoga followed by a 3 course meal at Honey & Co, excl. drinks. Don't miss your place, book now.
