We had such fun with our group of yogis this year. The week's sessions are designed to explore, release, challenge, regear, relax and surprise. A morning 2.5 hours of exploratory yang practice of flow with lots of hands on adjustments followed by 2.5 hours of evening restorative practice with meditation or yoga nidra.
We laughed a lot, we had amazing insights, we shed a few tears as we let go of old patterning and tried on new ways of being. All in the heat and lush surrounds of the Turkish countryside and amazing mainly vegetarian home cooked and locally produced food. This is life changing stuff!
