Pip & Nut Coconut Almond Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

500ml skimmed milk

150ml natural yoghurt

3 tbsps coconut almond butter

2 bananas

1 tbsp flax seeds

2 tsps old fashioned oats

1 tbsp honey

Method

Grind flax seeds and oats into a fine powder using a pestle and mortar. Combine with all other ingredients in a food processor and blend until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
