New to Yoga?

If you are curious about yoga but don't know where to start, start with us!

You can drop in to any Foundation Open classes  OR if you want to build your practice week by week, the Glow Yoga 6 week Beginners course kicks off in January 2012.

To make it easy to join in, choose one of the different start dates throughout January:

Monday 9th Jan              7.30pm - 8.30pm

Friday 13th January        1.15pm – 2.15pm

Tuesday 17th January     6.00pm - 7.00pm

Thursday 19th January    7.30pm - 8.30pm

At the end of the course you can confidently move on to the Foundation Open Level classes or move on to the Flow Classes. You can buy online and then book all 6 weeks in yourself or email us to give you a helping hand
