NEW Yoga for Runners workshop on the 17th March 3.15pm – 5.15pm for all runners who are getting ready to go outside now the weather is brighter. Or perhaps you are training for the marathon this year? Learn how to pace yourself, balance your strength, increase your range of motion and be in the zone. A regular practice will teach you to be more aware of your body and run with power.
£25 for a 2 hours with Clare Dobson who is an experienced yoga teacher but is also a Sports & Massage Therapist.
