What is the best time of the day to practise/exercise?
There’s no moment like the present moment. When in doubt, just roll out your mat and stop drop and do your yoga practice!
What do you recommend to eat before your class? after the class?
Nothing heavy and nothing 2-3 hours before the class. I usually recommend a handful of nuts or dates for some energy and stamina. After class I like to drink coconut water or something with electrolytes. Bananas, nuts and soy based products are also wicked, they're high in Potassium which is important for the good brain and nerve function.
What do you love about Good Vibes?
What it says on the tin. The good vibe of the studio. Students and staff are the nicest people, making the place a warm and inviting place to come to and let your practice unfold.
What do you teach in class?
Step onto the mat with no expectation and step off it with no judgment. Find yourself present; find your inner rhythm and let your body flow. Let your body dictate the intensity you want to work out at. As every person and personality is different, so is the body. Each body needs to find their own shape and form within each asana. Find the form that works for you and then commit to it. Play around with intensity and depth depending on how and where you are today.
How will I feel after your class?
Each time we step on and off the mat the experience is different. Try not to look for the constant. Aim to live in the present moment of the practice each time. Allow yourself to be open. If it's meant to be everything will fall into place naturally and you will leave your mat sweaty, relaxed, rejuvenated, calm and with a smile.

I’m not Spanish!
Niko Geo is a strong believer that as every person and personality is different, so is the body. Each body needs to find their own shape and form within each asana. He sees it as his task to guide students through their practice, in an effort to help them discover the shape and form that is best suited for them, that is as unique as they are inside and out. Niko teaches from the heart and every class is different. The only constant is the funky playlists that keep changing every month. Focus is given on lyrical slow flow that builds up to a dynamic sweaty core workout in the middle, only to soften towards the end for a Jivanmukta (liberating) ending to your practice. Aimed for the yogi that likes to explore, experiment and progress gently, building up strength, flexibility, stamina and endurance at the pace that is implied by his own body. Find the courage, come, commit, listen, explore, work hard, let go, get up, smile and go.
