Here are her 7 golden rules to ensure that you burn more calories for hours after your workout:
- Keep your workout short 20-30 mins will do the trick
- Keep the intensity up – aim for an effort of 7- 8 out of 10
- You need to get out of breath
- You need to feel hot
- You need to get a little sweaty
- You need to feel your muscles burning
- It’s best to perform whole body exercises as much as possible
