So many clients ask me for advice on what they should be eating.
I generally try to eat fresh food cooked as simply as possible. I include a lot of green leafy veg. I try to avoid wheat and dairy and I haven't eaten meat in 26 years. I also make veg or fruit smoothies to drink throughout the day, especially when I am in meetings and my deadlines are stacking up.
