When you get in from work, lie on your back with your legs on a sofa with your arms out at shoulder height and then bend at the elbow and rest the back of the hands on the floor. Your arms will be in a cactus shape.
Place the eye pillow over the eyes to unwind from the day. This opens up the front of the body to counter hunched computer neck and shoulders. Elevating the legs is good for your circulation and relieves tired and cramped legs if you have been sitting in the same position all day.
