In class, that means being fully engaged with what you are doing. The how it feels will give you all the info you need to pause, consider and re-set before you move on.

We offer one-on-one session in the Power Plate studios, both on and off the plate to create tailor made works outs just for you, take this awareness into your classes and see who quickly your fitness levels progress. £90 for 3 sessions, available at off peak times. BUY NOW and book your sessions at the desk.

Glow Yang and Yin Yoga

GoodVibes are great believers in the relaxation as well as the action. Do too much action and you stay in a revved up state and cant switch off and too much inaction and inertia sets in.

Our signature Glow Yoga Yang and Yin yoga classes are perfect for busy city people. A well paced flow to quiet your busy minds before we ease you into restorative poses and the end with yoga nidra or meditation.

Nahid teaches on Sunday morning, it's her favourite class to teach, she will be back on the 25th January - lovely Clare teaching to then.

Sarah C teaches on Mondays and will now be taking over the Wednesday evening Yang and yin, join her for a midweek mood booster!

Niko teaches the Friday night class, a joyous way to end the week.

We are making a radical change to Wednesday morning at Covent Garden, Antonia will be teaching Pilates at 7.30am from the 21st January onwards. Pilates and yoga complement each other perfectly, so join us and get strong and supple. Book now.
