Lean legs – In the winter there is simply no getting away from the need to wear more trousers and tights, so that being the case we may as well make them look as good as we possibly can by exercising to get sculpted, lean, strong thighs. Totally achievable with regular yoga, lunges and squats and a good excuse to get those new jeans you’ve been looking at…

Have you tried the  Yang & Yin by candlelight? 40 mins yang yoga, 20 mins yin ( restorative yoga) and 15 mins of yoga nidra ( yoga sleep). This class is a great mood booster.
