Choi used to teach at the Covent Garden studio when we first started, she left to train a puppy and is now back!
She has practiced yoga for over 18 years and is a BWY Accredited Teacher, qualifying with The Yoga Academy. She believes that yoga can benefit and be practiced by all; alignment cues with modifications/variations are continually offered so that classes are inclusive and taught within a compassionate environment. She is influenced by different lineages of yoga and mindfulness meditation, giving you the opportunity to explore your practice in a truly holistic way. Choi teaches an enriching dynamic vinyasa encouraging body/mind to be linked with breath; helping still the fluctuations of the mind and to be more present in the unfolding of each moment. I hope you leave class with a smile in your heart and a smile on your face.
