Lucy's yoga journey began many years ago on a rooftop in India and she has never looked back. Lucy teaches Vinyasa flow yoga with significant emphasis on the breath and its healing qualities. Her multi-level classes embrace each student honouring the current stage of their practice and work on strengthening, opening and creating flexibility in the body. Safety, healthy alignment and a yoga that creates stillness and peace are principles at the core of Lucy's classes, which are non-dogmatic and non-competitive encouraging an open heart and a quiet mind. She loves to teach and share the great joys and growth that the rich tradition of yoga has to offer.
