Matt believes that yoga is a wonderful gift for creating balance in our lives. He is a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance accredited teacher and an assistant asana tutor on the triyoga teacher training program. Having developed his practice within the Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow schools of yoga, Matt teaches a dynamic style of yoga that is guided by breath and alignment. Taking inspiration from many sources, his classes link poses together with movement and breath to build both strength and flexibility in the body and bring focus to the mind. By combining dynamic flowing sequences with fun and playful elements, Matt’s intention is that his classes will leave you feeling energised and uplifted.
