Glow Pilates works the body in a balanced way. Pilates teaches you to consciously maintain optimum alignment in all positions and during movement. It’s a discipline that you can take into your other classes, giving you good alignment for your exercises, strength for your yoga practice and will balance out the over worked muscle groups in your Sports.
Our cardio Pilates classes will give you long and lean muscles as well as definition to your middle. Working in the Far Infra Red heated studio will not only make you work a little harder but it will also soothe sore and inflamed muscles.
Add in a Glow Ballet Tone class to your weekly routine and say hello to toned arms, sculpted bottom and legs, set to music so this class will put a big smile on your face.

Antonia teaches Glow Pilates & Glow Ballet Tone
Antonia started ballet classes at the age of 4. She completed her MA in Movement Studies at Central School of Speech and Drama. Antonia trained and taught for Pilates International.
Paola teaches Glow Pilates
Thursday 7.30am, Saturday 10.45am & Sunday 12.45pm
Paola studied with Stott Pilates and pre/post natal pilates. Her class aims to build strength, flexibility and endurance without building bulk.
Sam teaches Glow Pilates
Monday 6pm & Wednesday 12.45pm
Sam has danced all of her life, becoming a full time ensemble dancer with acclaimed EDC in Australia where she also taught dance classes and worked with many choreographers and visiting performing artists from around the world. Sam is a certified Polestar Pilates mat instructor.
Grace teaches Glow Ballet Tone
Wednesday 7.15pm & Thursday 6pm
Grace has been dancing for 20 years and has a passion for challenging the body, whilst taking good care of it. Her ballet background lead to a natural progression to teaching; creating enthusiastic, intense classes where students can push themselves whilst having fun and exploring what their bodies can achieve.
Sambi teaches Glow Pilates
Sambi qualified in Mat Pilates through University of Nevada D.K Body Balancing Method in 2009 and in Equipment Pilates in 2010 in Japan.
Wanting to deepen her knowledge about the human body and health, she moved to London in 2012 to study Osteopathy.
Kate teaches Glow Pilates
Thursday & Friday 12.45pm
Kate has been working in the industry for over 9 years. Having completing her certification in mat and reformer Pilates.
Therapists at Covent Garden
New therapist Jonathan Carson joins us every Wednesday 3.30pm - 8.30pm. He offers combination of Sports, deep tissue, Swedish, acupressure and reiki to give a bespoke treatment just for you.
As an intro to Good Vibes clients he is offering a free 15 minute taster session between 3.30pm - 6.30pm in February. Book in here.
