The Pilates section of the bootcamp is taught by Antonia Ptohides, who uses the original Pilates method in her teaching with a focus on strengthening muscles and correcting posture. Neil Troutman, Founder of Velocity Indoor Cycling and trainer to our Good Vibes Spincycle instructors puts you through your paces in the saddle.
