If you are suffering from an injury or have a specific goal then our 25 minute training sessions are just what you need.
Your first session will involve a screening to assess your strengths, weaknesses and find out your goals.
Your sessions will then be planned around what you need be it strength, mobility, flexibility or interval training.
These sessions are great for those who are looking for Sports specific training, getting their body back after pregnancy, getting ready for their wedding or recovering from injury.

We hold them at off peak times and at the weekends. Why not book into a screening session for free and chat to our trainers. Pick your favourite trainer, who are all personal trainers or Pilates teachers. The training can be on the plate, off the plate or a combination of both.
